To better engage our clients, Affirm chose to create a monthly email newsletter. I designed & built an attractive, user-friendly template using HTML & MailChimp’s templating language for integration. With this simple template, & the straightforward MailChimp UI, it’s easy for the copywriters to update & send new emails. I also recommended & implemented a permission-based approach to ensure an engaged audience, & segmented the list to allow for more targeted messaging.
